Share Your Opinion! Total Rewards Survey Available Until May 26

The Total Rewards survey for all Methodist Health System employees is now available.

Employees were sent an email May 15 with a unique link to take the survey, which gauges employee opinions on "Total Rewards" – a broad label for the package of compensation, benefits, culture, recognition programs and other valuable elements Methodist employees receive.

There are three ways to take the survey:

1. See the email sent May 15 from Qualtrics (noreply@qualtrics-survey.com) in conjunction with Lockton, our employee benefits consultant. That email, with the subject line Methodist Health System Total Rewards Survey opens today, will include a link that’s unique to you.
2. Use this anonymous link: https://survey.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0I29oNhOg6TkQqq. You will need your employee ID number. Newer employees should not include the "e" when providing their ID number.
3. Scan the QR code below and log in using your employee ID number.

The survey, developed by Lockton, will use a methodology you may not have seen before. It will feature a series of choices in which you will be able to select package A vs. package B. Within each will be a list of offerings, some of which are realistic and others that may not be. The answers you choose will help us determine what you prefer and value most. The survey will also include an open comment section for you to share additional feedback.

The survey will be open from May 15 to 11 p.m. on May 26.
