Methodist Jennie Edmundson Science Cafe: February 10

February is Heart Month, and the public is invited to learn more about heart health at the next Science Café, "The Heart of the Matter," on Wednesay, February 10, 6 – 7 p.m., at Barley’s Bar and Grill, 114 W. Broadway in Council Bluffs. Free pizza is available.

This Science Café will feature professionals from Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital and Methodist Physicians Clinic's Heart Care Center, including cardiologist Thomas Brandt, MD.

Co-sponsored by Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital, The Daily Nonpareil and Barley’s, Science Cafés are casual, face-to-face conversations on current issues led by a doctor, scientist or professional in the field.
