Richard Gonzalez - Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month

Richard Gonzalez, a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in the Pharmacy, is the Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month for May. 

Richard embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything he does. He has been a Methodist employee for more than six years. 

Coworkers describe Richard as someone who "takes ownership and pride in his work and strives to be the Health System expert for sterile compounding."

Richard goes out of his way to provide excellent service and does an outstanding job of working with staff.  He shows commitment to coworkers throughout the Health System and understands that serving patients requires this important teamwork.
