Helen Welch, a Service Secretary in the Pre-Surgery Registered Nurses department, is the Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month for February.
Helen embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. She has been a Methodist employee for more than 38 years.
Coworkers describe Helen as "an invaluable team member who always has a smile on her face and the uncanny ability to make everyone she works with laugh." Considered a departmental treasure, Helen is admired for the way she performs her job with professionalism, excellence and efficiency.
