MHS Marketing Nationally Recognized for Online Communications
Published: Oct. 31, 2017For the seventh consecutive year, Methodist Marketing earned multiple top awards in the eHealthcare Leadership Awards program, which recognizes the best websites and digital communications of healthcare organizations.
Winners were recognized during a special presentation at the 21st Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held October 25 in Austin, Texas.
The competition, considered the Oscars of online healthcare communications, drew entries from such organizations as Baptist Health, Boston Scientific, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, City of Hope, Cleveland Clinic, Duke Health, Henry Ford Health System, Johns Hopkins, Kaiser Permanente, Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai Health System, United Healthcare Medicare and Vanderbilt.
Methodist earned four top awards, including two Best Marketing Campaign awards (platinum and silver). The only other multi-winner of Best Marketing Campaigns was United Healthcare Medicare (two golds).

A few measures of the success of the Daddy/Daughter Princess Night at the Omaha Storm Chasers and its online campaign:
- 1,200 entries to the online contest
- 530 new email subscribers
- 9,227 (sold-out) attendance at the game night
- 3,000 views of the online contest page
