Joel Erickson - Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month

Joel Erickson, a Housekeeper in the Environmental Services department, is the Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month for May.  

Joel embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything he does.  He has been a Methodist employee for over 10 years. 

Co-workers say Joel is always the first "Good Morning" of every day. Joel is described as pleasant and always willing to go out of his way to help any employee, patient, patient’s family member or guest, making him a huge asset to Methodist Hospital. "He is always ready with a good joke and makes a long day tolerable."
