Shannon Lang - Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month

Shannon Lang, a Hospital Surgical Coder in the Clinical Coding department, is the Methodist Hospital Employee of the Month for June.  

Shannon embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. She has been a Methodist employee for three years. 

Co-workers say Shannon is their go-to girl for procedure codes. "She is always very, very prompt and never complains if we ask for the same code over and over again. We trust and appreciate her more and more every day. We would be lost without her!" They say they couldn’t ask for a more approachable, accurate, helpful, sweet, easy going and professional person to work with.
