Ben Sallenbach Is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month

Ben Sallenbach is a sterile processing technician in the Sterile Processing Department. He embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything he does. Ben has been a Methodist employee for over four years.

“In order for Methodist staff members to provide the best possible care to our patient population, it's important they have resources and support to adequately care for those patients. Ben has been instrumental in offering that support in his recent role as a UV Tech. He has taken it upon himself to dedicate his time and efforts to make the UV process work and make it as successful as possible. He is a resource to peers and provides great leadership. He has tremendous compassion and patience for the team members of Methodist and the patients. Ben’s response to change and continuous support makes him a great candidate for this award.”
