Alyssa Graham Honored With Shine Award for Nursing Assistants

The Shine Award for Nursing Assistants honors these staff members for the special role they play in patient care at Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women's Hospital. Their Supporting Hands assist our nurses In achieving Nursing Excellence and quality patient outcomes.

Alyssa Graham    

Alyssa Graham, a nursing assistant on the Mother/Baby Unit at Methodist Women's Hospital, has been honored with the Shine Award.

She received three nominations for the award:

1. "She is a breath of fresh air at work. She is always asking how she can help and is always supportive and encouraging to her peers and patients served."
2. "There has not been one shift where she hasn't had a smile on her face. She is always very helpful and always has a positive attitude. I know when I see her on for a shift that it will be a good day!"
3. "Every single shift I work with her, she always has such a positive attitude, never complains and constantly is a right hand to all the nurses/secretaries on our unit!"
