Mary McGrath Is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for October 2022

Mary McGrath is a physical therapist in the inpatient physical therapy department. She embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. Mary has been a Methodist employee for over four years.

“Mary always goes above and beyond in her job. She is helpful to the staff and every patient. She even assists with patients who aren’t assigned to her. Mary educates her patients thoroughly and always makes sure they understand what she is saying and knows what they need to do to improve their quality of life. She is so kind to everyone. Mary has such a positive attitude and outlook that can rub off on other staff to improve their day.”
