Doug Jones Is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for March 2023

Doug Jones is a dispatch service assistant in the Service Logistics Department at Methodist Hospital. He embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything he does. Doug has been a Methodist employee for over three years.

From his nomination: “Doug always goes above and beyond. Even with his busy schedule, Doug always accommodates our department requests with speed, accuracy and a pleasant attitude. We have never seen him in a bad mood or unwilling to help. We have witnessed him provide the same courteous/professional service to others and go out of his way to help lost visitors in the hallway. Doug deserves to be the employee of the month because of his friendly, helpful and professional attitude.”
