2023 Geriatrics Symposium: Care Across the Continuum

More specifically, this program will provide current information and evidence-based practice guidelines that will enhance clinical and professional practice related to the care of the older adult. All of the interdisciplinary speakers will provide insights on implementing the 4Ms framework. Topics will include enhancing knowledge of patient priorities care, pharmacology of cannabinoids, research around physical activity, and delirium prevention tools.
