Ryan Kirshenbaum Honored With Nebraska State Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award

Methodist’s Ryan Kirshenbaum has been selected by the Nebraska State Bar Association to receive the 2023 Outstanding Young Lawyer Award.
The award is presented annually to a young lawyer who has made exemplary contributions to the community and to public service, who has actively participated in state and local bar activities, and who stands out in the areas of professional knowledge, skill, integrity and courtesy.
Ryan, the lead staff attorney in the Legal and Compliance Department, began working at Methodist as a law clerk in 2017 and assumed his current role the following year. He earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida and Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
According to the bar association, nominators described Ryan as “hard-working, generous, humble, honest and having unique strength of conviction.”
He will be presented with the award during the Nebraska State Bar Association annual meeting on Oct. 19.
