Out of the Darkness: Walk With Us on Sept. 30 to Help Prevent Suicide

Methodist Fremont Health Behavioral Health staff members are joining thousands of teams across the country to help save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
Out of the Darkness Omaha Walk
When: Sept. 30
Where: Stinson Park at Aksarben Village, 67th and Center streets in Omaha
Check-in: 9 a.m.
Walk Start Time: 11 a.m.
The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.
Please consider walking with our team or donating to help us reach our fundraising goal.
All donations are 100% tax deductible and will help bring the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention one step closer to achieving its goal of reducing the suicide rate by 20% by 2025.

Out of the Darkness Walk T-Shirts
Out of the Darkness Walk shirts will be sold on the company store website. Shirts are $15 and available to buy from Aug. 14 to Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. The soft-style, cotton/polyester/rayon-blend shirts are available in sizes small through 4XL.
A portion of the proceeds from the T-shirt sales will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
How to Order
Visit the Methodist Company Store. Select your location and the specific department where you want to pick up your order. If you're unsure of your department or location, select Location G, and your order will be delivered to you.
The Methodist Company Store can also be found on mhsintranet. Under the “Resources” tab, select “Employee Shopping” and then “Methodist Company Store."
Delivery Information
Shirts are expected to be delivered in mid-September. Deliveries will be sent directly to your department’s leadership. Deliveries will not be sent via interoffice mail.
