Methodist’s Operational Innovation team is launching a new continuous improvement event – and you’re invited.
All Methodist employees are welcome for Continuous Improvement Conversations, a livestreamed event that will explore how continuous improvement helps teams across the health system provide The Meaning of Care.
In the first edition of Continuous Improvement Conversations, Bill Vobejda, Methodist’s vice president of Integrated Service, will discuss his team’s experience using continuous improvement tools to reduce the time it spends on non-value added work and focus on tasks that best serve patients.
The conversation will be recorded and available on demand after the event.
