Announcing 1 Easy Number for Your HR and IT Questions

The Methodist Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) teams are excited to announce a one-stop shop phone number for employee questions.

Beginning today, Wednesday, Oct. 4, employees can call (402) 354-2280 for assistance with computer issues, log-on problems, computer access, employee benefits, pay slips, Workday, etc.

Callers will be asked to select “1” to be connected with the HR Service Center or “2” to be connected with the IT Operations Center.

Housing these two service centers under one convenient phone number will result in an enhanced experience for employees while streamlining processes for the HR and IT teams.

Continue using the People Portal for online access to HR and IT help. From the People Portal’s main page, do a keyword search for helpful knowledge articles and forms or go to the “Explore Departments” drop-down menu.
