Linda Kantor Is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for November 2023

Linda Kantor is a restorative aide in the Physical Therapy Inpatient Department. The Nebraska Methodist College graduate embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. Linda has been a Methodist employee for over three years.

From her nomination: “Linda represents The Meaning of Care in many ways. She is an amazing team player and bridges the gap between nursing and therapy. She listens not only to nursing and therapy staff but also to the patients and their families to ensure that patient-centered care is provided to every patient she encounters. Linda is selfless and motivated for the patients. She’s positive every day, no matter the situation. She is more than willing to go the extra mile without asking to provide great patient care. Linda is caring to ALL and is always the first to encourage patients during their hospital stay. She displays excellence in her personal care and attention to all those she serves. She demonstrates compassion to all of those around her. Linda is an excellent resource. She is the communication link between the various shifts. We are lucky to have her as part of our care team here at Methodist.”
