Linda Moore is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for February 2024

Linda Moore is a lead security officer in the Security Department at Methodist Hospital. She embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. Linda has been a Methodist employee for over 13 years.

She was nominated by several colleagues. Among their comments:

"Linda is the epitome of the phrase The Meaning of Care. She is tough but fair, along with being compassionate and strong all at once. She calmly speaks with agitated patients or visitors. But most importantly, she listens to them."

"Linda has shown a commitment to Methodist’s mission and core values by the way she trains new employees. She takes them under her wing and tailors their training according to their needs. Everyone Linda encounters is given respect, compassion and empathy."

"Linda is highly respected by her peers and throughout the health system. She goes out of her way to keep morale high. She wears many hats as a therapist, leader and teammate. She has dedicated her career to the service of others."
