Register now for virtual information sessions for nursing programs at NMC
Published: Feb. 19, 2024Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) is offering virtual information sessions for undergraduate and graduate programs that allow professional nurses to take their careers to the next level.
During each session, you’ll learn about program formats and prerequisites, and how to apply. You’ll also meet faculty and get the chance to ask questions about the program.
Upcoming virtual information sessions are:
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) - March 8
Program details:
- 100% online.
- Three paths: APRN to DNP, BSN to DNP and MSN to DNP.
- Four tracks: Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner and Public Health Policy.
- The program concludes with an evidence-based doctoral scholarly research project.
- Methodist Health System employees are eligible for a 20% tuition discount on the DNP program.

RN to BSN - March 13
Program details:
- 100% online
- Most courses are five weeks with one week off before the next course.
- The program can be completed in 12 months.
- The program includes a population health-based curriculum.

Tuition assistance and more information
MHS offers the Tuition Assistance Program to eligible employees who attend NMC. You could receive up to $3,500 a year in tuition assistance.
