You're invited to tour the new Jennie Edmundson cardiovascular suite

Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital is excited to share that it is nearing completion of its new $6 million cardiovascular suite. As the April 1 opening day nears, employees, volunteers and community members are invited to tour the new space.

Join us on Thursday, March 28, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Friday, March 29, from 12 to 3 p.m. to see the new suite firsthand.

Jennie Edmundson leaders can’t wait to share how this space enhances our ability to save more lives while extending The Meaning of Care to every person who walks through our doors.

Project details

The cardiovascular suite project allows Jennie Edmundson to expand on the already outstanding cardiovascular care it provides to people in Council Bluffs and surrounding communities while further solidifying the hospital’s partnerships and outreach efforts. 

The 5,700-square-foot space includes:

• Two new catheterization labs
• A minor procedure room
• Four patient care rooms
• New imaging equipment
• A dedicated family waiting area
• A private patient consult room
• Staff offices, a locker room and a break area

The project was made possible thanks to generous donors who gave through Caring Campaign, the Dance to the Beat fundraiser or other efforts.
