Kathelene Hogan is Methodist Hospital's Employee of the Month for April

Kathelene Hogan is an office coordinator for Radiation Oncology. She embodies our core values of integrity, excellence, learning, compassion, teamwork and respect in everything she does. She has been a Methodist employee for over seven years.

From her nomination:

"Kathelene always goes above and beyond to help patients, their families and coworkers – not only in the department but throughout the health system. She genuinely cares about our patients and their well-being. ... Kathelene keeps the department running smoothly by making sure each area has the tools they need to perform their best while doing so with grace and competence. Kathelene deserves to be recognized as an amazing coworker, role model and patient advocate, and as an irreplaceable member of the team."
