Methodist Women’s Hospital earns 2 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Awards

Methodist Women’s Hospital has been honored with two 2023 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Awards for patient experience.

The awards are reserved for the highest-achieving organizations and demonstrate the connection between Methodist’s core values and health care excellence.

For 2023, the Women’s Hospital’s Emergency Department and HCAHPS (inpatient) teams earned two of only 357 total patient experience honors awarded by Press Ganey. Of those awards, 61 were for emergency departments and 37 were for HCHAPS staffs. Criteria for the awards includes achieving the 95th percentile for patient experience within the Press Ganey database for the calendar year.
