Methodist’s Operational Innovation team is proud to announce the next installment of Continuous Improvement Conversations – and you’re invited.

All Methodist employees are welcome for this livestreamed event that will explore how continuous improvement helps teams across the health system provide The Meaning of Care.

In the latest edition, Rollie Hardies, senior operational innovation specialist, will be talking with Methodist Hospital Emergency Department (ED) leaders about their recent partnership with Operational Innovation to introduce a "Flex Track" process within the ED. The panel will discuss the project outcomes, how the team worked with Operational Innovation (OI) for a project request and the value of OI's assistance with the project. There will also be a Q&A session.

The panelists are:

  • Chelsea Craig, MSN, RN, service leader for Methodist Hospital Emergency Department
  • Shelley Hultman, DNP, APRN-CNS, AGCNS-BC, SANE-A, clinical nurse specialist for geriatrics in the Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women’s Hospital emergency departments
