Benefits open enrollment available Oct. 21-Nov. 8

Methodist's Human Resources and the Benefits teams are excited to share that the annual process for benefits open enrollment will begin on Monday, Oct. 21, and close at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8. Open enrollment provides employees with the opportunity to review their current benefit selections and make changes to their plans and elections.

 

What’s changing for 2025

This document outlines benefit plans updates; open enrollment information; 2025 health, dental and vision premiums; and health savings account contribution limits. This information and additional details can be found in this knowledge article or by searching “open enrollment” in the Employee Center. It is also linked on the mhsintranet home page.

Other important changes to note for this year’s open enrollment process:
•    This will be a completely digital process. You won’t receive a benefit confirmation statement.
•    All employees will need to log in to Workday and complete the open enrollment process.
•    The enrollment deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 8. You will not be able to change or remove benefits after this date unless you have a qualifying life event.
