Recruitment Activities Survey
To support Methodist's hiring efforts, Talent Acquisition and Marketing are developing a system-wide strategic plan to reach and attract top-quality talent and better fulfill hiring needs across all affiliates.
As part of this effort, we'd like to better understand what recruiting activities and initiatives hiring managers and their teams have been utilizing. For example, have you been visiting career fairs or community events? Posting on your own social media or reaching out to your personal networks? We'd also like to know the challenges you face in attracting new team members and provide an opportunity for you to share other feedback.
