Methodist Launches 'Search Jobs, Find Purpose' Employee Recruitment Campaign

Hiring talented, qualified people is more challenging now than ever. With hundreds of open positions across the health system, Methodist recently launched an advertising campaign aimed at employee recruitment. The campaign messaging – "Search jobs, find purpose" – is general in nature and aimed at clinical and nonclinical positions.

In the coming months, you may hear and see messages on the radio (in English and Spanish), online and on mass transit. Vinyl banners and metal framed yard signs are also being placed outside our hospital and clinic locations across the Omaha area as well as in Fremont and Council Bluffs.
