Employee Record in Lawson No Longer Available After Dec. 7

We’re nearing the one-year anniversary of launching Workday, which included moving your employee record from Lawson to Workday. As a result, the system shortcut to Lawson on the mhsintranet homepage will be disabled on Friday, Dec. 8.

This link allows employees to access pay and other historical information prior to January 2023. If you need to access or print these pay slips or other employment information, you must do so prior to Dec. 8.

If you elected electronic W2 and 1095C documents before 2023, this information will remain accessible in the intranet section titled “MHS Tax Documents.” Human Resources/Payroll recommends that all Methodist employees choose to receive their 2023 tax documents electronically in Workday.
