Exciting Changes Coming to Patient Care Forms on the Mhsintranet

On Jan. 2, the Patient Care Forms page on the mhsintranet will undergo several updates aimed at making forms more accessible and their use more efficient.

Among the changes:

• The link to the Patient Care Forms page will be moved from under the For Your Patients section to under the Quick Links section.
• A forms resource listing all patient care forms will be added. This resource will contain last revision date, form ID, form title and other helpful information.
• Over 1,200 forms will be available in the forms library for viewing and/or direct printing.
• Specialty headers will be added to the Patient Care Forms page to help filter forms that can be used within a specific type of care.
• Links to both printing companies along with their information will been added.

After Jan. 2, you’re encouraged to bookmark the Patient Care Forms page and check back for more updates and helpful information.
