Exciting Changes for Patient Care Forms on the Mhsintranet

On Jan. 2, the Patient Care Forms page on the mhsintranet underwent several updates aimed at making forms more accessible and their use more efficient.

Among the changes:

• The link to the Patient Care Forms page was moved from under the For Your Patients section to under the Quick Links section.
• A forms resource listing all patient care forms was added. This resource contains last revision date, form ID, form title and other helpful information.
• Over 1,200 forms are available in the forms library for viewing and/or direct printing.
• Specialty headers were added to the Patient Care Forms page to help filter forms that can be used within a specific type of care.
• Links to both printing companies along with their information was added.
