As a thank-you for your outstanding work, pay increases on the way for all eligible employees

I believe a career in health care is among the most rewarding professions a person can have. When you decide to work in this industry, you’re choosing to make a difference – regardless of your role on the team.

The health care job market is very competitive, both locally and nationally, and we know that compensation plays an important role in one’s decision-making process. That’s why our senior leadership team is excited to share that we’ll be distributing pay increases to all eligible employees in September. We’re fortunate to be able to make this financial commitment to each of you while thanking you for your many contributions to the health system.

Your increase will be effective Sept. 15 and reflected on the Oct. 4 paycheck. Information will be shared with you by your manager, and questions should be directed to them.

Although we will always strive to be competitive, I firmly believe it’s what Methodist offers beyond pay – purpose, connection and community – that sets us apart.

I deeply appreciate the contributions that each of you bring to Methodist. We’ll always make you – our employees – our top priority because we know that we’re stronger with each of you. Only together are we able to maintain the strong culture that Methodist is known for.
