Performance Management License/Certification Email Notifications

Beginning in May 2017, all notices for renewal of required licenses and certifications will be sent to staff members from the online performance evaluation system Performance Manager. The email will come from @email with the subject title "Performance Manager – Notification(s)."  

The automated email notifications are for license and certifications required for the position.  Notification reminders will be sent 90, 60, 30 and 5 days prior to the expiration date and then every day following expiration. 

Notifications will stop when the certification has been updated by the employee in Employee Self Service (ESS) and verified by the supervisor in Manager Self Service (MSS) and/or updated and verified by Human Resources. Self Service updates the HR system directly, which, in turn, updates Performance Manager nightly.

Although required licenses and certifications can be viewed in Performance Manager and automated email notifications sent, ALL UPDATES to license/certifications such as renewal dates and verification must still be updated through Self Service and/or HR.  

License/Certification Verification Overview

Licenses and certifications that can be verified online are verified by Human Resources. BLS and ACLS completed at Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) are updated in Human Resources if the employee’s Methodist (Lawson/TeleTime) ID number is populated in his/her NMC Account at the time of course registration. 

Please remember to include and verify your employee ID number in your NMC Account when registering for classes at NMC.
