REMINDER: $500 Staff Referral Bonus

Employees who refer a candidate who is hired for a regularly scheduled part-time or full-time MHS position will be eligible for a $500 referal bonus. The actual bonus amount is "grossed up" so the referring employee will net $500 after taxes are deducted.

Please note the MHS Referral Bonus Program is utilized on an as-needed basis and may be amended or terminated at any time.

Steps for a Current MHS Employee to Receive the $500 Referral Bonus

  1. Have your candidate view openings and complete an application online at www.bestcare.org/jobs.

  2. When your candidate completes and submits the application to MHS, be sure he or she lists you as the referring employee.

  3. Applicant receives and accepts a job offer for a regularly scheduled part-time or full-time MHS position.

  4. Payout to you will be 1/2 when the new hire completes 6 months of employment and 1/2 at the completion of one year of employment.
