2017 Flex Plan Claim Filing Deadline

This is a reminder for employees’ 2017 Flex Plan claims for the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan or Dependent Care Expense Reimbursement Plan.  

• Any Flex claim incurred in 2017 must be received by Discovery Benefits by March 31, 2018.  
• 2017 claims received after March 31 will not be eligible for reimbursement and plan balances will be forfeited.

You can find the 2017 Flex Plan Claim Forms on mhsintranet under the “Forms” tab. Use the Search for field and type “Flex Reimbursement Form”.
