Get a Preventive Exam by Aug. 31 to Secure Your Health Insurance Wellness Incentive
Published: June 19, 2023Methodist Health System health care plan participants are reminded that to receive their 2024 wellness incentive, they must have an annual or routine preventive exam with a primary care provider or gynecologist by Aug. 31, 2023.
Getting a preventive exam results in the following premium savings:
Yearly Total | Monthly Total | Biweekly | |
Employee Only | $400 | $33.33 | $16.67 |
Spouse Only | $300 | $25 | $12.50 |
Both | $700 | $58.33 | $29.17 |
New employees are also eligible for these savings if they are on the Methodist health plan by Aug. 1. If you had a preventive exam before joining Methodist, you can submit an explanation of benefits (EOB) by Aug. 31.
