Get a Preventive Exam by Aug. 31 to Secure Your Health Insurance Wellness Incentive

Methodist Health System health care plan participants are reminded that to receive their 2024 wellness incentive, they must have an annual or routine preventive exam with a primary care provider or gynecologist by Aug. 31, 2023.
Getting a preventive exam results in the following premium savings:

| Employee Only | $400 | $33.33 | $16.67 |
| Spouse Only | $300 | $25 | $12.50 |
| Both | $700 | $58.33 | $29.17 |
New employees are also eligible for these savings if they are on the Methodist health plan by Aug. 1. If you had a preventive exam before joining Methodist, you can submit an explanation of benefits (EOB) by Aug. 31.
