Steve Goeser: ‘Team Methodist’ Kicks Off Caring Campaign in September

A message from Steve Goeser, president and CEO of Methodist Health System.

At Methodist, no one sits on the sidelines. We take the field every day and drive toward our common goal: improving the lives of our patients and the health of our communities. That’s what a team does – and “Team Methodist” does it better than anyone.

In a couple of days, we kick off that season of impact we call Caring Campaign. This year, we’re celebrating our all-star lineup and how Team Methodist comes together every September to support the important work of one, two or all three foundations within our health system: Fremont Health Foundation, Jennie Edmundson Foundation and Methodist Hospital Foundation. 

We’re counting on everyone to huddle up and help. I look forward to donating each year, and I hope you’ll join me. Big or small, it’s not the size of the gift that counts – it’s your participation. Even a dollar makes a difference and helps to send a powerful message: We not only work at Methodist, we support it. 

You’ll see ways to give to each foundation and its greatest needs on one pledge form. As always, you choose exactly where your gift goes. Maybe that’s helping patients in need, investing in making our communities healthier places to live or bringing peace of mind to coworkers facing financial emergencies.
