Methodist’s Human Resources Department is committed to supporting employees and ensuring smooth workflows across the health system. With the HR Service Center, employees have a powerful, convenient tool to help them with a range of tasks.

Whether you have a question about benefits or Workday, need assistance with payroll matters, or are seeking guidance on company policies, the HR Service Center can help. Its staff has the expertise and tools to promptly and efficiently address a range of inquiries.

 

Now supporting leave inquiries

The HR Service Center now supports employee and manager leave/family medical leave (FML) inquiries. In addition, FML knowledge articles are available on the People Portal by searching “leave.”

Phone: Call (402) 354-2280 and select option 1 for Human Resources.

Online: Using the People Portal, search “HR Service Request,” complete the necessary fields and submit your request.

The HR Service Center team is available for HR-related questions or concerns from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Don’t hesitate to reach out; the team is here to support you.
