Next steps with this year’s employee engagement survey

Thank you to all who participated in Methodist’s recent employee engagement survey!

Over the past several weeks, Press Ganey, our workforce engagement and patient experience partner, has been hard at work analyzing your feedback. Soon, Press Ganey will be sharing survey results with leaders at each Methodist affiliate. Following that, each manager will receive their respective results and communication about how we performed as an organization.

Human Resources and the senior leadership team look forward to sharing more about the results of the survey and how it can help us improve at the system level and at each affiliate. We’re committed to supporting all employees while enhancing their experience at Methodist.
