Mission Statement

Methodist Emerging Professionals (MEP) will work to further the mission and values of the Methodist Health System, represent the interests of emerging professionals, provide employees with professional development and engagement opportunities, and support the system’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy.

Vision Statement

MEP will accelerate the growth of Methodist Health System, growing leaders through professional engagement, development, involvement and connection.

MEP Expectations

At this stage, we simply ask that you participate, either actively or passively, in the things that interest you. For example, if you’re not able to attend an event live, watch the recording when you get a chance. In either case, share feedback! We ask that you commit to not only your own growth but also the growth of others and the success of the group.

  • Create time for members to connect with others across our organization or in our community, and create inclusive spaces for people to grow and have a bit of fun along the way.
